Job Description
As a Peer Support Specialist on the Rapid Response Team, you will provide recovery-oriented support to individuals in the community living with Severe and Severe Persistent Mental Illnesses, using your own lived experiences with recovery to build meaningful relationships and empower patients to achieve their personal goals.
Requirements
- Working with a multi-disciplinary team
- Applying stages of change and motivational interviewing skills
- Providing support to individuals that fosters independence, autonomy, and self-advocacy
