B2C Managing Director

Thelivering is an audacious B2C operator, that prides itself in delivering innovating iGaming experiences to players through its two successful brands Casinobud and Budsino. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Managing Director, responsible for managing and coordinating our business, from the operational, commercial and growth perspective.

Requirements

• 5+ years in leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory
• Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility
• Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy
• Experience leading small, lean teams
• Willingness to work hands, where needed
• Strong communication skills
• Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs
• Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming Products
• Strong people leader with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
