Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team at The Mill Adventure. The successful candidate will have a law degree and 2-3 years of experience in Legal Corporate Housekeeping, Corporate Governance, or Commercial Legal work.
Requirements
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation
- Preparing and filing statutory corporate documentation
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers
- Providing legal support in corporate reorganisations
- Managing and overseeing corporate portfolios
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Supporting the definition and review of vendor scope of services
- Assisting with KYB/KYC processes
