Job Description
We are looking for a Legal Counsel to join our team at The Mill Adventure, a scale-up with a mission to build awesome products that change the way the iGaming industry operates. Our team of experts is guided by passion for invention, operational excellence, and commitment to improve the inefficient.
Requirements
- Drafting and reviewing corporate documentation
- Preparing and filing statutory corporate documentation
- Maintaining and updating statutory registers
- Providing legal support in corporate reorganisations and mergers
- Managing and overseeing corporate portfolios
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements
- Assisting with KYB/KYC processes
- Law degree
- 2–3 years of experience in Legal Corporate Housekeeping or Corporate Governance
- Experience in drafting and reviewing technology and commercial agreements
