Job Description
Join The Morgan Group as a Porter and be part of a community built on people. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the property grounds and common areas, completing assigned service requests and repairs, and ensuring the model tour route is free of debris.
Requirements
- Adhere to MORGAN’s Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
- Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and free of debris and that all external fixtures are clean and in working order.
- Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
