As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the property grounds, completing service requests, and assisting with various tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Adhere to MORGAN's Maintenance and Emergency Procedures manuals along with the Team Member Handbook.
• Ensure property grounds and common areas are clean and free of debris and that all external fixtures are clean and in working order.
• Complete assigned service requests and repairs in a safe and timely manner.
• Inspect the property; pick up trash and debris, and reports all safety hazards or needed repairs to the Lead Maintenance.
