Job Description
The Field Operations Industry Expert supports the development of work standards, safety best practices, and training programs for workers who operate and maintain electric and/or gas assets that make up a utility company's grid and/or pipeline networks. The position involves front-end analysis, reviewing and consulting on job responsibilities, developing methods for measuring on-the-job performance, designing work processes, and developing recommendations for workforce training.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience as a Field Operations technical professional
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Utility Worker 'Journeyman' level certification
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to stay current with changing technology and learning trends
