Job Description
Join us in shaping the future of grid operations! We're looking for a Grid Operations Industry Expert to serve as a trusted advisor to our utility clients. This role requires deep hands-on experience in electric distribution or utility operations and a passion for helping utilities solve complex operational challenges.
Requirements
- Strong experience in electric distribution, transmission, or utility control center operations
- Ability to assess operational performance and provide practical, strategic recommendations
- Knowledge of utility operational roles, workflows, and decision-making processes
- Familiarity with SCADA/OMS/ADMS platforms (ABB, OSI, GE, Schneider Electric)
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and consulting skills
- Business and operational acumen to connect recommendations with organizational goals
