Job Description
The Manager, Engineering position is a key leader supporting Concentrates processing facilities, responsible for driving a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring alignment between technical, operational, and business unit objectives. The role provides technical leadership, engineering oversight, strategic direction, and project management to achieve site goals in EHS, production, maintenance, cost, and quality.
Requirements
- Bachelorâs degree in Engineering required
- 10+ years of proven experience in manufacturing, mining, chemical processing, or related industries
- Experience in operations management, project management, and continuous improvement
- People leadership experience required; experience in engineering or operations leadership preferred
