Job Description
Hexcel is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in the manufacturing of advanced composite materials at our Casa Grande, AZ facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on employee and process safety, process reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Lead a team of engineers
- Provide direction and assistance to improve process reliability and material usage variances
- Optimize manufacturing processes, systems, and equipment
- Develop customer relationships and new business
- Support the introduction of new products and customer technical interface
- Provide engineering support to the Quality team and Maintenance team
- Manage the maintenance of engineering standards, bills of material, and routings
- Provide technical input in the management of plant capital projects
- Manage employee development and maintain a professional work environment
