Requirements
- 1+ year experience as a VIP Account Manager or in a similar role within iGaming sector
- Proven track record of managing VIP portfolios and achieving KPIs
- Excellent understanding of player behaviour
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - confident, engaging and discreet
- Data-savvy mindset with ability to interpret player performance metrics and act strategically
- Passion for online gaming, customer service excellence and delivering premium experiences
