Student Assistant

Student Assistant will assist Making Center Staff with various tasks, provide customer service, and work in WebCheckout to process materials and tools for students. The ideal candidate is personable, proactive, and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
• Adaptable and consistent when notifying supervisor of schedule changes
• Attention to detail
• Ability to interact with students, faculty, and staff of diverse backgrounds
• Ability to work without close supervision or alone
• Familiarity with Google Suite
• Physical ability to lift items
• Ability to work non-traditional hours such as evenings and weekends
