Job Description
The Center for New York City Affairs at The New School seeks highly motivated facilitators to serve as youth mentors and trainers for our 2026 Self-Care & Empowerment training series.
Requirements
- Train as a facilitator in ITM's Self Care and Empowerment curriculum.
- Facilitate the ITM curriculum Self Care and Empowerment in community based settings.
- Assist in developing process and outcome evaluation measures for the program.
- Mentor participating youth who may be court-involved and/or formerly incarcerated.
- Lead online and in-person workshops focused on restorative justice practices, self care, anti-oppression and conflict resolution.
