The Normal Brand is a rapidly growing apparel company with multiple stores across the USA. They are seeking a District Leader of Stores to support store expansion and elevate existing performance. The role requires entrepreneurial leadership, strong communication skills, and a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences. The District Leader will be responsible for managing store teams and ensuring profitability.
Requirements
- 3+ years in multi store apparel retail management
- 5 years proven management experience
