Requirements
- 5+ years property management experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, and other laws
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or HCCP designation preferred
- Bachelor's degree or CPM highly preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
