Join NRP's A+ team as a Community Manager at our affordable property, The Davis, in Cleveland, OH. As a Community Manager, you will oversee financial performance, customer service, and team development while ensuring excellent customer service and a quality living environment for residents.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree or CPM highly preferred
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) or HCCP designation preferred
- 5+ years property management experience
- one year supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
