Job Description
Join NRP's A+ team as a Community Manager at our Cleveland, OH affordable property, Residences at Cornerstone! As a Community Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing daily operations, maximizing cash flow, and providing a quality living environment for residents. We offer a competitive benefit package, training, certification, and growth opportunities, and a salary range up to $60,000 annually.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree or CPM highly preferred
- 5+ years property management experience, one year supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program and other laws as they relate to property specific guidelines and occupancy standards
- Strong computer skills, especially in the Microsoft Office Suite, experience in Yardi preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
