Job Description
Join NRP's A+ team as a Leasing Specialist at our Austin, TX Community, Bridge at Estancia. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred
- 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
