Job Description
Join NRP's A+ team as a Project Manager - Construction and contribute to building quality homes for residents. As a full-service multifamily developer, general contractor, and property manager, NRP seeks a Project Manager to oversee project planning, budget management, contract negotiations, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction or Civil related field
- 5+ years of experience in multifamily or wood frame construction projects
- OSHA 30 hour certification
- First Aid-AED training
- Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of Timberline, Bluebeam, Adobe, and Onscreen Takeoff software
