Job Description
Join NRP's A+ team as a Construction Project Manager and contribute to building quality homes for residents. As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for overall project planning, budget management, contract negotiations, and quality control.
Requirements
- Charting out project objectives and plans
- Performing detailed review of contract documents
- Preparing scopes of work and assisting with soliciting bids
- Reviewing and qualifying bids and consulting with Senior Management
- Negotiating pricing and terms with subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintaining a record of field work orders and change orders
- Ensuring the accuracy of the budget and final project cost at closeout
