Occupational Therapist

The occupational therapist will provide specialized treatments to help patients explore and identify productive avocational interests, and will be the contact for the community link and liaison for patients/staff/consumers of Rehabilitation Services.

Requirements

• Licensed and/or certified with the respective profession
• Hold a bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
• Hold a conditional license in the state of Ohio
• Be cleared through the National Database of Practitioners
• Have one-two years of experience working in a medical setting (preferred)
