Occupational Therapist

The Occupational Therapist will provide specialized treatments to help patients explore and identify productive avocational interests, assess patient needs, and facilitate post-discharge planning. The OT will also serve as a contact for the community link and liaison for patients/staff/consumers of Rehabilitation Services.

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the State of Ohio
• 0-2 years of relevant experience preferred
