Job Description
Osborn Engineering is seeking a Department Manager with 10+ years of experience to manage the Mechanical Engineering group. The ideal candidate would have team and client management experience in a consulting engineering environment.
Requirements
- 10+ Years’ Experience in Mechanical Design in Consulting Engineering.
- Ability to work and manage several project teams concurrently.
- Ability to promote department and staff career growth.
- Knowledge of mechanical design and load calculation software such as Revit, IES VE, HAP, TRACE.
- Knowledge of local and national building codes and design practices.
- Knowledge of standard construction practices and the ability to work with contractors to address construction issues.
- Experience in designing Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, and/or Institutional projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Preferred.
- PE License Preferred.
