Job Description
Osborn is seeking a Department Manager with 10+ years of experience to manage the Mechanical Engineering group.
Requirements
- 10+ Years’ Experience in Mechanical Design in Consulting Engineering
- Ability to work and manage several project teams concurrently
- Ability to promote department and staff career growth
- Knowledge of mechanical design and load calculation software such as Revit, IES VE, HAP, TRACE
- Knowledge of local and national building codes and design practices
- Knowledge of standard construction practices and the ability to work with contractors to address construction issues
- Experience in designing Healthcare, Sports, Commercial, Public Sector, Industrial, Education, and/or Institutional projects
