Requirements
- Handling event requests and group reservations;
- Creating function sheets;
- Drafting contracts and offers, as well as conducting property tours;
- Advising and supporting guests before, during, and after the event;
- Ensuring smooth execution and follow-up of events;
- Creating deposit invoices and controlling invoice closure;
- Close collaboration with the Director of Sales.
