Since 1993, it has delivered peer support, facilitation, coaching, and proprietary curricula such as Parenting Inside Out across Oregon’s correctional facilities and surrounding communities.
The Pathfinder Network is seeking a Facilitator/Coach to provide group facilitation services and wraparound support to justice system-involved individuals. The ideal candidate will have lived experience with addiction and recovery, certification as a Certified Recovery Mentor, Peer Support Specialist, or Traditional Health Worker, and excellent communication skills.
