The Pathfinder Network is a nonprofit organization that provides evidence‑based, trauma‑, gender‑, and culturally‑responsive programs to individuals impacted by the justice system and their families. Since 1993, it has delivered peer support, facilitation, coaching, and proprietary curricula such as Parenting Inside Out across Oregon’s correctional facilities and surrounding communities.

Parent Partner
High school diploma, 2 years of experience, certification, and valid driver's license required
People & Culture Manager
Three or more years working in progressive human resources roles, one year or more of management experience, experience working with diverse populations
Peer Support Specialist
The successful candidate will have lived experience with addiction and recovery, certification or eligibility for certification, and experience delivering peer support services
Facilitator/Coach - part-time
2+ years of experience with addiction and recovery, certification as a Certified Recovery Mentor, Peer Support Specialist, or Traditional Health Worker, and excellent communication skills
Director of Corrections Programs
5+ years of program management experience, 4+ years of supervisory experience, and a Master's degree in a related field
Gender-Responsive Peer Support Specialist
2+ years of recovery, high school diploma or equivalent, experience delivering peer support services
Training & Development Manager
3-5 years of experience in social work, program management, and service delivery; 3-5 years of training experience; Bachelor's degree in a related field
