The People & Culture Manager will support the agency in prioritizing people, relationships, community, and carrying out the agency’s people strategy. They will guide and support talent and culture development and employee relations, promote the full development, performance, wellness, and satisfaction of all employees, and ensure the organizational culture of TPN while ensuring we have the processes in place to provide a positive work experience for our employees.
Requirements
- Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Three or more years working in progressive human resources roles, with HR Generalist responsibilities including employee relations
- One year or more of management experience
- Experience working with diverse populations
- Working knowledge of SaaS payroll solutions such as Paylocity, Paychex, ADP, etc.
- Intermediate level computer capabilities in the use of databases, web-based environments, word processing, email, and spreadsheets
- Experience in corrections, criminal justice, or nonprofit setting, preferred
- Experience with diversity, equity and inclusion concepts, work, and integration preferred
- Demonstrate high level of initiative and the ability to work independently
