The Director of Corrections Programs provides strategic and operational leadership for The Pathfinder Network's Oregon Department of Corrections (ODOC) contracts and programming statewide, ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality prevention and intervention services for justice system-impacted individuals and families.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in Criminal Justice, Psychology, Social Work, Human Resources, Public Administration, or other related field
- Five or more years program management and service delivery experience
- Four or more years' experience supervising a diverse team
- Intermediate-level computer capabilities in use of databases, web-based environments, word processing, email, and spreadsheets
- Experience working with justice-involved populations
- Experience in a corrections or nonprofit setting
- Experience providing organizational leadership as part of an Executive Team
- Experience managing grants and contracts
