Director of Sourcing (Boots + Accessories)

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Director of Sourcing to lead sourcing efforts for our core boots category. This leader will manage two direct reports and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality product that meets brand standards, financial targets, and seasonal demand.

Requirements

• 10-15 years of experience in sourcing or supply chain management, ideally within footwear or accessories
• Proven track record of driving cost efficiencies and managing direct vendor relationships (factory-direct experience preferred)
• Strong costing and margin ownership background – someone who can roll up their sleeves and do the math
• Knowledge of global sourcing markets, particularly in Asia (China, Vietnam, India, etc.)
• Experience working across big box retail accounts and understanding retailer compliance standards
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-first mindset
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with sourcing tools and systems (PLM, ERP, etc.)
• A collaborative, “A-type” personality who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
