Business Development Manager - Creative & Digital Marketing

The Planet Group is seeking an ambitious, results-driven Business Development professional to join our team and help scale our Creative and Digital Marketing division nationally. You'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term client relationships, and working closely with our delivery team to ensure high-quality candidates are matched with client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 2–5+ years of new business development experience in technology staffing within the Creative and Digital space
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with the confidence to engage senior-level stakeholders
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
• A driven, self-starting attitude with a desire to succeed in a commission-driven environment
• Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams

• Base salary: $60,000 - $80,000 and uncapped commission structure
