Job Description
The Planet Group is a global professional services firm delivering strategic staffing and advisory solutions. As a Recruiting Team Lead, you will drive talent delivery across the Energy, Engineering, and Manufacturing sectors while leading and developing a high-performing team of recruiters.
Requirements
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters
- Set clear performance expectations and monitor weekly activity metrics
- Coach recruiters on sourcing strategy and full-cycle execution
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
- Leverage ATS, CRM, and AI-assisted tools
