Director of Human Resources

Our client is a leader in millwork and metalwork manufacturing, specializing in high-end custom store fixtures. The Director of Human Resources will be responsible for all aspects of human resources activities, leading the development of the Human Resources Strategic and Organizational Plan with an emphasis on long-term competitiveness, driving innovation through a performance and results-based culture, and promoting a respectful, inclusive workplace.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience in increasingly senior positions with successful hands-on human resources experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Commerce, Human Resources, or related field required.
• CHRP/CHRL designation would be considered an asset.
