Requirements
- Prospect new sales opportunities with small and medium businesses applying lead generation sales methodologies
- Meet or exceed assigned quotas
- Document all activities and interactions in CRM tool
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- A minimum of 5 years in a B2B sales role
- A proven track record of quota attainment and revenue growth
- Strong tele-qualifying, prospecting and marketing skills
- A stable work history
- Proficiency with CRM, quoting systems and Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint
- The ability to share best practices, continually improve processes and provide clear and consistent reporting to management
