Job Description
The facility is seeking an experienced Physician Assistant with a background in Cardiovascular Surgery to join its growing cardiothoracic team. This role includes a mix of OR first assist, pre- and post-operative management, rounding, and clinic responsibilities.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
- Board-Certified PA (NCCPA)
- Active Alabama PA license or eligibility to obtain
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Prior experience in Cardiovascular Surgery, Cardiothoracic Surgery, or a closely related surgical specialty
- Strong background in OR first-assisting and inpatient surgical management
