Behavioral Health Technician

Seeking professional Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team in Ridgefield, WA. Up to $22/hr + $2 Nights starting pay. Must have high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years patient care experience or 1 year experience + Associate's degree.

Requirements

• Communicate and enforce facility program rules
• Communicate patient behavior with immediate supervisor and clinical team
• Address problem behaviors through verbal de-escalation techniques
• Maintain healthy and professional boundaries with patients and staff
• Ensure timely, consistent, clear, accurate, and legible documentation
• Keep clinical records secure
