Job Description
Seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our client. This is an office position that requires reliable transportation and close supervision according to set procedures.
Requirements
- Updates/maintains a variety of databases
- Resolves problems/issues from the public and/or other staff
- Interacts with the public or other County staff/officials
- Posts funds received
- Retrieves information/summary reports
- Researches County and non-County government information
- Registers regulated businesses/individuals
- Prepares correspondence, notifications forms, and related documents
- Processes returned checks/credit card transactions
- Researches misapplied payments
