The Royal Children’s Hospital (RCH) is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate learning events and activities related to leadership, culture, and diversity. The successful candidate will work with the Organisational Development team to manage the participant experience, ensure the Learning Management System is up to date, and produce regular reports on learning and development metrics.
Requirements
- Post secondary qualifications such as a Certificate IV or equivalent and/or relevant industry experience
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating events and learning programs
- Strong capability in using learning management systems and MS Office to optimise the learning experience
- High levels of customer service orientation
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- Current National Criminal Record Check, or willing to obtain
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willing to obtain
- Compliance with RCHs “Staff Immunisation - Prevention of Vaccine Preventable Diseases” procedure
