Nurse Unit Manager

The Royal Melbourne Hospital is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their team as a Nurse Unit Manager for the Aged Care 1 Ward (AC1) GEM ward. The position involves providing clinical leadership, managing clinical risk, and implementing systems to improve patient outcomes and experience. The ward specializes in the assessment and management of older persons with chronic and complex conditions associated with aging and cognitive impairment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse Division 1 with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
• Minimum 5 years' experience managing and leading a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills at both a clinical and executive level
