Job Description
Parkville Youth Mental Health and Wellbeing Service (PYMHWS) is seeking a Senior Mental Health Clinician to provide advanced assessment, treatment, and leadership for young people with complex mental health needs. The role involves working across both inpatient and custodial settings, ensuring safe transitions between care and strengthening workforce capability.
Requirements
- Eligible disciplines: RPN Grade 4 / Occupational Therapist, Social Worker and Psychologist Grade 3
- Relevant registration and qualifications (see position description for details)
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in tertiary and/or youth mental health and a demonstrated ability to supervise mental health clinicians
- A sound knowledge of the youth justice and/or criminal justice system and other relevant community based forensic services
