We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join The Royal Melbourne Hospital as a Senior Mental Health Occupational Therapist. The role involves developing evidence-based recovery plans, delivering high-quality assessments and treatment, and providing leadership to uphold clinical standards.

Requirements

• Qualified Occupational Therapist
• 5+ years experience in the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of severe mental illness and psychiatric disability
• Motivation to provide leadership and drive clinical standards
• Strong communication, organisation, and interpersonal skills
• Confidence supporting people with co-occurring drug and alcohol issues
• Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and willingness to work flexibly
