We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to join The Royal Melbourne Hospital. The role is for a Social Emotional & Wellbeing Team Leader, working with the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander workforce. The role will lead, mentor and support SEWB clinical and lived experience staff in the provision of the SEWB model.
Requirements
- You identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background
- You have a sound understanding of the Social and Emotional Wellbeing model
- Hold a clinical qualification (and registrations/memberships as applicable) in Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy or Psychiatric Nursing
- Have at least 5 years of experience in public mental health service delivery
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with consumers, carers, service delivery staff and service leaders
