The Salvation Army is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality clerical and administrative support to the Box Hill church, enhancing the services of the church and strengthening the mission within the community.
Requirements
- Certificate IV in Business Administration or relevant experience in an administration role
- Demonstrated experience in administrative support within a community or NFP setting (desirable)
- Strong communication skills and the ability to provide welcoming, empathetic customer service
- Solid computer literacy in MS Office and experience with databases
- Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and maintain excellent attention to detail
- Current Victorian Employee Working with Children Check
