The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager to deliver impactful case management support across both community and residential environments in Toowoomba, QLD. The role involves building strong relationships with clients, delivering tailored case management, and co-designing practical case plans. The successful candidate will have a degree in Social Work or a related field, or extensive sector experience, and a current QLD Working with Children Check.
Requirements
- A degree in Social Work, Community Services, Welfare, or a related field (preferred) OR extensive sector experience with demonstrated professional development
- Proven capability in client assessment, case management, and social service delivery
- A current QLD Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Current First Aid Certificate (if designated as a first aider)
- A valid QLD Driverâs Licence
