The Salvation Army is seeking a Case Manager â Mobile Support to deliver person-centred, trauma-informed, strengths-based case management to empower people, build stability, and change lives.
Requirements
- Degree in social work, welfare, community development, or related field
- Experience in social services, including assessment and case management
- Strong understanding of trauma-informed and strengths-based practice
- Current QLD Employee (Paid) Blue Card (WWCC)
- Current Driverâs Licence
