The Salvation Army is seeking a Community Engagement Worker to join their Nambour Corps team. The role involves building strong relationships with community members, planning and delivering community programs, and supporting people in crisis. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Community Services or Social Work, experience in community engagement, and strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Community Services or Social Work
- Experience in community engagement within a not-for-profit or faith-based organisation
- Proven ability to develop and deliver community-based programs
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively with community partners and diverse community members
- Current Driverâs Licence
- Working With Children Check
