Job Description
The Salvation Army is seeking a Senior Youth Case Manager to deliver trauma-informed case management to young people navigating homelessness, trauma, and instability. The role involves coordinating services, guiding junior staff, and shaping a system that sees and responds to the whole person.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work, Welfare, Community Development, Community Services, or a related field
- Minimum three years' experience in a social services environment, preferably within the youth sector
- Demonstrated experience in case management, with a working knowledge of risk, screening processes, and supervision
