Administers the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources office, interviews and hires employees, prepares and maintains personnel records, and communicates personnel policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the principles and practices of Human Resources, Business Management, and Supervision
• Knowledge of labor laws and ability to interpret/enforce the same
• Ability to interview, screen and select qualified applicants
• Ability to organize and maintain personnel records
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
