Job Description
Maintenance Technician I performs routine repairs and maintenance work for buildings and grounds, including minor heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work. The role requires ability to learn by method of on-the-job training, follow instructions, and work with little or no supervision.
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D.
- Two to three years experience performing maintenance and repair work for commercial buildings and grounds
- Valid State Driver License
