Senior Director of Development

Plans, develops, implements, oversees, and evaluates all fund-raising activities for The Salvation Army based on a formalized fund development program. Expected to lead $20M+ Capital or Endowment Campaigns and handle a portfolio of $3M annually.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field, with a master’s degree preferred
• Ten years experience in a comprehensive development program with progressively responsible experience and demonstrated success in major gifts fundraising
• Ability to meet attendance requirements, read, write, and communicate the English language effectively, speak before large groups, and travel to various locations
